Application
The Apex 17W/mK Thermal Grease can be optimally processed due to its high viscosity. In order to apply the thermal paste perfectly, a plastic spatula (not included in the scope of delivery) or a comparable tool should be used.
Properties
Alphacool's Apex Thermal Grease has an extremely high thermal conductivity of 17 W/mK, making it one of the most powerful thermal greases on the market. Only liquid metal thermal pastes have better thermal conductivity. The Apex Thermal Grease comes in a 1g screw cap applicator. The thermal paste is not electrically conductive and non-caustic. If a small amount of paste spills while applying, damage to the hardware is highly unlikely.
